myFOODTEST is your personal client account, where you can securely access and manage your FOODTEST tests, reports and evaluations.

Individuals under the age of 18 cannot create a myFOODTEST account. If the test is for a child under the age of 18, registration must be completed by their parent or legal guardian, who will manage the child’s details through their own account.

Registration process
1. Complete the registration form.
2. Once you have submitted your registration details, we will send an activation email to the email address provided.
3. Click the activation link in the email. Your myFOODTEST account will only be created once it has been activated.
4. Once your account has been successfully activated, we will email you the password required to log in. You can change your password at any time afterwards.

Important: The username used to log in to your myFOODTEST account is the email address you provided during registration.

If the activation email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact our Customer Service.
